Shih tzu oolong (duck shit dancong oolong) is as exotic as it sounds. Legend has it that the farmer who created this delicious tea gave it its unappealing name in an attempt to deter copycats from recreating his tea. Hailing from the lovely Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong, China, this tea boasts of a strong floral note with hints of saltiness. The tea’s delightful taste doesn’t stop here- it tapers off with an astringent note and lures you in for another sip.
