If you like your tea smooth and sweet, this one's for you. As you enjoy the tea's rich caramel flavour, spot the hints of roses weaving in and out of this full-bodied blend.

Our Ying Hong no. 9 is sourced from a family of tea farmers in Ying De, Guang Dong. The tea farm has been around for decades and are currently run by the second generation.

Brewing instructions

Western brewing methods

Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves for 1 standard mug of 95 degree celsius water. Brew for 3-5 mins before serving.
